Eagle Rubber domestically manufactures custom ID and OD, billets for CNC seal manufacturers. We do not distribute other manufacturers billets and therefore you save money by buying directly from the manufacturer. Billets are typically offered in standard 6 inch (152mm) lengths but custom lengths are available. We offer a variety of polymers (see Material Guide). Custom billets from Eagle Rubber can save you money by conforming to your parts finished dimensions, thereby reducing waste. When buying a billet, quick turnaround is often key to securing an order. We typically quote billets on the same day we receive your RFQ and Eagle can usually create custom billets for your job in under a week. We have tooling on hand to produce billets from 3/4" ID up to 40" OD and can produce up to 4" radial wall.
