Lathe Cuts

Eagle Rubber specializes in small to medium run order quantities for lathe cut gaskets. We offer a low minimum charge for prototype work and first article samples. Eagle works in a variety of polymers and specs including FDA, MIL R, ASTM D2000, SAE. (see material guide). Eagle supplies parts for a wide variety of applications, some examples are: Tank Car Gaskets, Coupling Gaskets, Air Filtration Gaskets; Donuts for glass handling; Packer Elements for wells and tubing for core sampling to name a few. We have tooling on hand to produce parts from 3/4" ID up to 30" OD and can produce up to 4" radial wall. Eagle also produces machinable billots for customer seal manufacturers and ID/OD blanks for die cutting to reduce the waste from die cutting from sheet. Eagle has tooling on hand for all lathe cut parts so there is never a tooling charge.
